The iOS version of The Hardest is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you download our app through the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies and is incorporated into these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Features may evolve as The Hardest continues to grow.
Only active Club Members may create private leagues. Anyone may join an existing league, including free users, provided they have been invited or otherwise have permission to join.
League standings, statistics, and memberships may be modified or removed if necessary to maintain fair play or improve the platform.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Apple App Store purchases. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple and managed through your Apple ID. You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Website purchases. Subscriptions purchased through our website may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not immediately end your current subscription period.
Club Memberships are digital subscription services. Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final. We do not provide:

We reserve the right to remove scores, suspend leagues, or terminate accounts involved in abuse or cheating.
All games, artwork, graphics, logos, software, text, puzzles, game mechanics, and related content are owned by The Hardest or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that The Hardest will always be available. Features, games, memberships, or services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
The Hardest is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of The Hardest after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
